Egyptian Dreams reserve the right, without prior notification, to accept or decline your order or limit the order quantity for any reason. For credit card payments, such payment is subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing the credit card and we shall not be liable in any way if such financial institution refuses to accept or honor the credit card for any reason. We may require, at our option, that any order placed over certain amounts receive our pre-approval. We also may require additional verification or information before accepting any order.
Please note: Orders with a P.O. box address will not be accepted.
We accept the following Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Visa Delta, JCB, Visa Electron via Worldpay
We accept the following Debit Cards: Switch, Maestro and Solo via Worldpay
We can accept payments via PayPal.
We also accept payment via Fax or Telephone.
United Kingdom residents may also pay by Cheque or Postal Order (incurs a £1.00 surchage which will be added to your order total)
DO NOT SEND US AN ORDER THROUGH THE POST WITHOUT FIRST HAVING PLACED YOUR ORDER ONLINE OR VIA TELEPHONE. WE WILL NOT PROCESS YOUR ORDER AND YOUR CHEQUE/MONEY ORDER WILL ONLY BE RETURNED ONCE YOU SEND US A STAMPED SELF-ADDRESSES ENVELOPE.
US VISA CUSTOMERS
If you are making a purchase with a U.S. issued Visa card, please be aware that your bank may assess a 'foreign transaction' fee. Cardholders should check with their issuing bank to see if they will be assessed any fees when making a purchase using this website. MasterCard are also planning to introduce a similar fee for international cross border payments.
Surcharges
Please note: for orders under £3.00 there is a £1.00 small order surcharge which will be added to the total of your order. Orders £3.00 and over are exempt from this surcharge.
Payment made via Cheque or Money Order will incurr a surcharge of £1.00 which will be included in your final order total. This is to cover our costs to bank your payment.
Select Your Items
Select the items you want to purchase by clicking on either the Add to Basket button in the product listings or on the Add to Basket button below an individual item's description.
The Shopping Basket
After clicking on the button you will be taken to your shopping Basket which will show you the items you have already selected.
You may remove items from your shopping basket by checking the Remove box and clicking on the Update button. You may increase the number of items of a particular product by entering the new quantity desired into the Qty. box and clicking on the Update button.
Once you are ready to order, click on the Checkout button within your basket or click on the Checkout link located at the top right hand corner of each page.
Your Details
In order to complete a purchase with Egyptian Dreams we require you to enter your name and address into our system. Without this, we won't know where to send your items!
Please note that orders with a P.O. box address will not be accepted.
Please read our strict Privacy Notice if you have any concerns about entering your details.
If you are a customer who has previously entered your details, click on the login link enter your email address and password and click on the Sign In button. You will then be taken directly to the Delivery Information screen without having to re-enter any further information.
If you are a new customer enter your Name and Address details into the form. You will also need to enter a password. Some fields are marked 'Required'. You must enter something into these fields as they are needed for dispatching your items. Fields not marked 'Required' are optional and you may leave them blank if you wish.
Click on the Continue button when done. If you have entered everything correctly you will be taken to a screen confirming your profile has been created otherwise you will be asked to check your information and try again. At the confirmation stage click on the Continue button to be taken to the Delivery Information screen.
Delivery Information
This screen asks you to confirm the shipping address for your items and shows the amount to pay, if any, for shipping costs. The default shipping address is the one you entered when first entering your details. You may change the delivery address by clicking on the Change Address button and entering a new address. When you are happy that the delivery address is correct, click on the Continue button to be taken to the Payment information screen.
Payment Information
This screen asks you to select the method of payment by which you would like to pay for your items. Depending on your location, there may be the following options to choose from:
• Credit or Debit card using our secure payment processor. Your card will not be charged until the order has been shipped, unless you have ordered personalised items or made to measure items in which case payment will be taken once your transaction has been authorised.
• Cheque or Money order (UK only) or International Money Order (Non UK). International Money Orders MUST be made out in £UK Pounds Sterling.
• Credit or Debit card, including AMEX, using PayPal.
Confirmation
After the payment information screen you are taken to a confirmation screen which displays your delivery address, the items you have ordered, the amount including any shipping costs to pay, your billing address and your payment details. If any of these are incorrect, click on the Back button of your browser and make any corrections needed. Once everything is ok make sure you also click on the Confirm Order button otherwise we will not receive your order.
