1. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

If you purchased goods online, by phone, or by mail order, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

After notifying us, you must return the goods within 14 days.

Refunds will include the standard delivery cost originally paid (if applicable).

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the goods are faulty or incorrect.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories

3. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods

  3. Securely package the item and return it to the address provided.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.


5. Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods

We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof that they have been returned.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Personalised or custom-made products
  • Perishable goods
  • Gift cards
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if opened

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  3. Contact your bank
